If you want to fix Quicken error code 1603 then you have to follow the below mentioned steps:
Press (Windows key + R) from the keyboard.
A run box will come, write a Control Panel over it.
Click on Programs under control panel windows.
Click on Programs and Features.
Under the program, list look for Quicken and single click on it.
Click Uninstall from the top menu bar.
