first precalculate top leaking physicians in a system (count # of claims going to a different system from the network/network parent of this physician), then in show by top xx, can choose top xx "by xx (claims count, or leakage count)", then should create either a new table, or first get the names from diagnostics table in the bottom, then filter one by one, or view graph directly......
