Hey There, I am Alpha Jenner. Check the paper bin first when doing HP Troubleshooting Printer. If any paper is loose, take it out. Take out an access door from the printer's bottom. Open the door by turning the knob. Things that are lodged in the rollers need to be removed. As you slowly remove any additional paper jams, elevate the front cover.
