Target Fit Ideas

Publish a dedicated Security & Compliance page (ISO 27001 status, signed DPA, data hosting location, access controls) so buyers don't have to email sales for basic due-diligence info.

Right now LifeSafety.ai's own blog content tells prospects to ask vendors for their ISO 27001 certificate and a signed DPA before buying — but there's no page on our own site answering that same question about us. Any security-conscious buyer (construction firms, manufacturers, anyone in a regulated sector) doing procurement due diligence will hit this gap and either bounce or generate an extra sales-team email just to get a standard answer.

Who benefits: prospects in the evaluation stage (removes a friction point that currently needs a manual reply), sales (fewer repetitive security-questionnaire emails), and marketing (this becomes a page we can link to directly in comparison/guest content instead of dodging the question).

How it should work: a static page or FAQ section listing — hosting location, encryption standards, access control model (who can see incident/training records and how that's scoped per customer), any current certifications (ISO 27001/SOC 2 if held, or a roadmap if not yet certified), and a downloadable DPA template. Doesn't need to be complex — just needs to exist and be accurate.
